WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BE A BASSHEAD BUDDY / STAFF
Basshead Buddy / Staff positions are open to people ages 21+
HOW MUCH TIME MUST A BASSHEAD BUDDY / STAFF MEMBER COMMIT?
Basshead Buddys will be required to volunteer a minimum of 2.5 hours per event. Some will volunteer more, and some will do less depending on schedules and varying needs of the event.
Staff members will be required to work the entirety of the event (Usually 5 hours)
HOW DOES THE BASSHEAD BUDDY / STAFF PROGRAM WORK?
All Basshead Buddys / Staff will be required to send a $50 deposit to Liquid Bass Productions immediately upon confirmation.
Upon completion of your hours, the $50 deposit will be immediately sent back to your initial payment method.
The deposit is in place to ensure that Basshead Buddy's / Staff complete their required number of hours.
As a thank you, we waive all deposits / fees for returning Basshead Buddy's / Staff in good standing.
Staff positions are paid positions.
CAN FRIENDS BE BASSHEAD BUDDY'S / WORK TOGETHER?
Absolutely! Depending on scheduling and varying needs of the event, we will try our best to accommodate
WHAT KIND OF DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PERFORM?
Basshead Buddy's / Staff are a dedicated group of positive individuals who like to take care of their fellow Bassheads. They are the people you go to if you need assistance, or want to talk to someone. Basshead Buddy's will also give out free bottled water, complimentary earplugs, fanning attendees, and ensure the safety, and positive vibes of our shows. Each Basshead Buddy will also be trained on how to properly carry and administer Naloxone (Narcan). This position will require lots of walking and standing on your feet, with little to no sitting breaks.
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES?
Wear closed-toed shoes such as tennis shoes or boots.
Clock in and clock out
Absolutely no pictures are to be sent or posted to any social media network, prior to doors opening. (This is to keep the experience amazing for attendees) This is grounds for termination of duties.
BE SOBER - If you are suspected to be intoxicated in any way, you will be automatically terminated with forfeiture of deposit.
Be sure to eat before your shift. Food is typically not available during your shift.
Bring ANYTHING that may be needed during your shift. You will typically not be allowed to go back to your car during your hours.

ARE SHIFT BREAKS GIVEN?
Depending on the varying needs of the event, this could be yes, and this could be no.
You are able to use the bathroom if needed.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WHILE I AM WORKING?
Anyone with a phone will be able to reach their supervisor.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PAY / DEPOSIT FROM AN EVENT?
Typically, pay will be sent out within 7 business days of event completion.
WHY MAY I NOT RECEIVE MY PAY / DEPOSIT?
Missing your scheduled shift.
Appearing intoxicated.
Consuming illegal substances while on shift.
Reporting to your shift late.
We reserve the right to remove a Volunteer / Staff member for any reason not listed above.
