TICKET QUESTIONS

WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE EVENT?

If the show does not sell out, tickets will be available at the venue on the day of the show at a higher price.

WHAT IF I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR MY TICKET(S)

If the double charge is pending, please wait until the pending charges have been posted.

If both charges are posted, please fill out a refund request form via Eventbrite. 

HOW DO I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else's name and email. This will not remove the ticket from your account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim the ticket(s) when you save the change. If you purchased tickets from a third-party seller, you won't be able to do this. The original purchaser must do this. 

IF I BUY A RESALE TICKET AND SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME IS ON THE TICKET, IS IT STILL OKAY TO USE THEM?

Yes, as long as they are unscanned.
