LIQUID BASS PRODUCTIONS CODE OF CONDUCT
Last modified: April 5th, 2024
Liquid Bass Productions is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all of our event participants including (but not limited to) attendees, artists, staff, vendors, and venue employees. By registering for any of our events, you are agreeing to behave in a way that is consistent with this Code of Conduct. Liquid Bass Productions reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these terms from the premises for the duration of the event. Furthermore, Liquid Bass Productions reserves the right to ban (either temporarily or permanently) attendees who violate these terms from participating in future events. Those removed from an event will not be eligible for a ticket refund.
EVENT ACCESS
Liquid Bass Productions hosts private events. All attendees must have purchased a ticket in order to participate in events. Those who cannot provide a ticket at the door will not be granted entry. To ensure a quick check-in process, please be prepared to show your ticket barcode either printed out or on your phone as soon as you arrive. If someone purchased your ticket for you, make sure they have forwarded your barcode to you or are present with you when you arrive.
Re-entry to the event is only permitted if you have purchased a re-entry wristband.
Your ticket only grants you access to public spaces of the venue. Your ticket does not grant you access to the stage or any area that is considered back-of-house. Attempting to climb on stage or access back-of-house areas will result in the revocation of your event access. It is at the discretion of Liquid Bass Productions and the hosting venue to decide whether to issue a verbal warning or request that you leave the premises immediately.
Events hosted by Liquid Bass Productions have a limited capacity based on the venue. A limited number of tickets for each event are sold in accordance with these capacity limits, and additional entry is not granted once tickets are sold out/the venue capacity is reached.
