LIQUID BASS PRODUCTIONS CODE OF CONDUCT

Last modified: April 5th, 2024

Liquid Bass Productions is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all of our event participants including (but not limited to) attendees, artists, staff, vendors, and venue employees. By registering for any of our events, you are agreeing to behave in a way that is consistent with this Code of Conduct. Liquid Bass Productions reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these terms from the premises for the duration of the event. Furthermore, Liquid Bass Productions reserves the right to ban (either temporarily or permanently) attendees who violate these terms from participating in future events. Those removed from an event will not be eligible for a ticket refund.

EVENT ACCESS

Liquid Bass Productions hosts private events. All attendees must have purchased a ticket in order to participate in events. Those who cannot provide a ticket at the door will not be granted entry. To ensure a quick check-in process, please be prepared to show your ticket barcode either printed out or on your phone as soon as you arrive. If someone purchased your ticket for you, make sure they have forwarded your barcode to you or are present with you when you arrive.

Re-entry to the event is only permitted if you have purchased a re-entry wristband.

Your ticket only grants you access to public spaces of the venue. Your ticket does not grant you access to the stage or any area that is considered back-of-house. Attempting to climb on stage or access back-of-house areas will result in the revocation of your event access. It is at the discretion of Liquid Bass Productions and the hosting venue to decide whether to issue a verbal warning or request that you leave the premises immediately.

Events hosted by Liquid Bass Productions have a limited capacity based on the venue. A limited number of tickets for each event are sold in accordance with these capacity limits, and additional entry is not granted once tickets are sold out/the venue capacity is reached.

HARASSMENT & DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Harassment and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Harassment and disorderly conduct include (but are not limited to) the following:

If you are involved in or witness an unsafe situation, please alert the event or venue staff immediately.

To ensure the safety of our event participants, Liquid Bass Productions asks that you do not bring anything included on the prohibited items list below. Personal items are subject to search upon entry. If you bring a prohibited item, Liquid Bass Productions will not provide storage and you will be asked to leave it elsewhere and return without it. The following items are prohibited at Liquid Bass Productions events:

You may bring up to two factory-sealed water bottles. Reusable water bottles and Camelbaks are permitted as long as they are empty when you arrive. Personal cameras (such as phones and GoPros) are permitted within the event space.

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, Liquid Bass Productions events are typically 18+. You must be able to show proof of age upon arrival. The following forms of government-issued ID are accepted: Photo ID or driver’s license (must not be expired), passport, and birth certificate.

By registering for an event, you are acknowledging the age restriction. If you are underage at the time of the event or are unable to show proof of age, you will not be permitted entry and will not receive a refund.

LIABILITY

By registering for this event, you assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after the event and release Liquid Bass Productions from any related claims.

IMAGE RELEASE

Liquid Bass Productions events often employ professional photography services. By registering for our events, you hereby authorize photographers and/or videographers contracted by Liquid Bass Productions to photograph, record, possess, and distribute event-related media in which you may be featured.

VENUE

Please be aware that the venues that host Liquid Bass Productions events may (and likely do) have their own rules and regulations regarding access, acceptable behavior, prohibited items, etc. Although they are not explicitly listed here, it is your responsibility as an event participant to be aware of and act in accordance with the venue’s terms. It is up to the discretion of venue staff and security to enforce venue-specific rules and regulations, and Liquid Bass Productions acknowledges their right to do so. Our events would not be possible without the cooperation of our venues and partners; please be respectful of event spaces, staff, and security so we can continue to offer these event experiences to you.
